Returns Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and in its original condition

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return
Please email us at buckshot.communications@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for items lost in transit.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
